As experts in our industry we pride ourselves on our ability to offer an extremely fast turnaround in both large or small batch runs.
Having invested in hi-spec technology, our company is well known for achieving extremely high standards of accuracy in all our automated processes.
The varied CNC machining capability we use in punching, laser cutting and bending gives us great versatility in many aspects of metal fabrication. Coupled with our comprehensive CAD design service we are not only able to get into production quickly, but we can change between jobs and be producing repeat orders very rapidly when required.
This capability means we can be manufacturing a large batch project in 1mm aluminium, and move swiftly on to a one off part in 25mm steel part!
With our expertise we make many sheet metal products ranging from small brackets for road traffic signs to full building cladding envelopes. From bespoke welded products to large perforated sheets in steel or aluminium. We have fabricated parts as diverse as a small welding jig to the cladding in the pits lane at Silverstone.

Gutters
For our Membrane Gutters and Single skin Membrane gutters, we use Fatra PVC Material for longevity and performance. Fatra offers a life expectancy of over 35 years and a BAA certificate of 30 years.
Gutters are generally supplied 3m long and come with a jointing flap, they can be made from standard 1000mm, 1250mm & 1450mm wide sheets.
We can also manufacture Trimline gutters using 0.7mm prepainted steel – these are available in Scintilla, Prisma, Leathergrain and Spectrum finishes and can be manufactured up to 4m long.
We also can offer Aluminium Fascia Gutters.

Amada offer the benchmark bending machines in the market place, with superb accuracy and angle control to ensure all your parts are correct.

Our Amada GS Shear with CNC Control to swiftly and accurately process the cutting of material up to 4000mm long and 6mm thick.
We offer TIG, MIG and water-cooled spot welding of an excellent quality and finish.

Our family company was founded in 2002, we have over 50 years of experience and expertise in sheet metal manufacturing.
After starting the company with a Nisshinbo HTP1000 turret punch and an old pressbreak, GPS Ltd has gone from strength to strength, with an ever growing team to match.
As well as offering next day turnaround on bespoke items, we also offer services such as help with design, developing and prototyping, helping our customers bring ideas to life; if you can draw it, we can cut it!
Now with our new 6kw Fibre Laser, with full automation, lead times are reduced even further where needed and our capabilities are increased by the ability to cut thicker materials or thinner materials even faster.
Although specialising in small batch production on almost any product with extremely fast turnaround, we also offer expertise on large batch runs, regularly having productions in the thousands, with very little material waste, making our pricing structure very competitive.
